Sam (and small kids) waited for us to return. Loading was efficient, and he very politely hewed to company police by declining items not included in the photo we sent prior. Time elapsed from placing the order to pick up was less than 30 hours.

In this case, I had already hired Load Up to remove 23 years of unwanted junk! They were prompt and a nice professional manner about their task ahead. This last visit two very nice professionals as well... There task was to assemble an 8'×10 " resin shed, with windows, ventilation, as well as a floor! This assembly was tricky!! For sure! The weather conditions were hardly favorable! They came at five o'clock & they didn't leave UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE... DONE, DONE!! It was well after midnight!! I Tipped them very well... Appropriately well!
