I was unhappy with the confusion re: communication… calls from two different cities, texts & emails.. my statement amount was different from what I originally was quoted…BUT, the two guys who came and took our couch were so so very kind. Impeccable customer service on the loaders!!!

Had a minor hiccup with trying to pay online, but that was taken care of immediately with a phone call to their customer service. The entire experience was easy, convenient upfront pricing, pleasant and fast movers that removed my furniture pieces. By far the most reasonably priced, and I did call around for quotes. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to others.

Loadup is great! I contacted them online to pick up a mattress and box springs that I needed to be picked up the next day. Loadup was able to schedule a time for me late the next day. I had a change in my schedule on pick up day that necessitated an earlier pick up time. Loadup was able to move up my pick up time. The crew that picked up the items were very friendly. A great experience.

I bought a mattress in a box, and the local bedding store (The Sleep Loft) used LoadUp as their mattress setup-and-removal service. These guys were great! They were in and out in 10 minutes (partly because we had cleared the way and removed everything from the old mattress, but mostly because they are fast!). Alex and his team did a great job. LoadUp is good about setting a time slot, communicating with you, letting you text directly with your driver, and getting the job done.

The two “junk haulers” turned out to be the most considerate, cheerful, reliable, courteous and professional movers I’ve had over the past years! Seriously, I would hire the same two guys to move anything I have. There was no complaining, no smoking, no cutting corners, the wiped there feet every trip in/out of the rain and offered to remove their shoes. They were dressed neatly and cleanly and worked quickly but carefully. I can’t say enough positive about Jamie and his partner. Fantastic job, Gentlemen!
