Yes, you can now manage your subscription on your own and no longer have to submit a request! For larger jobs premier is the best plan to be on.

Upgrading – If you upgrade mid-period, you will gain immediate access to all of the new Plan’s perks! You will only be charged a pro-rated amount of the new Plan depending on the remaining time within the billing cycle. Please remember you will be charged the upgraded plan’s full amount on the original billing date.

Downgrading – If you downgrade mid-period, you will maintain all of the perks of your current Plan until the next billing date. Upon the next billing date, you will be charged with the amount corresponding to the downgraded Plan.

Cancel your monthly subscription any time within Settings -> Manage Plan -> Cancel Subscription. The subscription will cancel on your next billing date, so you will have access to all of the perks of your subscription until then.

Orders will be available to view, but not accept until after all priority time windows (45 minutes) have completed. If an order is no longer visible, it has probably been accepted. Without choosing a subscription level you will not have access to monthly point drops or direct point purchases.
