Start up and onboarding for Loader candidates
If you’ve ever worked in the junk removal industry, you know how difficult it is to find a reliable job. It used to be hard to know if the customer will follow through or if they’ll try to lowball you, but now, LoadUp handles that for you!
You will get paid weekly.
We secure all payments upfront and online before sending job notifications to Loaders. Waiting around for a payment to come through or sketchy customers are things of the past when you work with us. Each week, you’ll be paid in full, on time! Payouts are guaranteed making every junk order completed, worth it.
You will get jobs, not leads.
Most junk removal companies require their haulers to provide on-site estimates and to haggle over the final price. We’ve built an online booking system that skips time-wasting estimates by offering real prices online for exact items. All customers pay online before pickup, so no need to play salesman or leave empty handed again!
You will set your own schedule and service areas.
Our Driver app allows you to toggle on and off duty and work when it’s best for you. When you are on-duty, you’ll be alerted to available jobs in your desired service area that you can accept within the app. We will never force you to take a job out of your chosen zip codes, but you can always accept nearby jobs that look profitable.
You will have easy job management and routing.
All available junk removal job notifications include the type of job, number of items, disassembly or stairs needed, the job payout, plus location and directions to the job. This way you’ll be able to estimate if the job is valuable enough for the fuel and time.
It usually is, as an average order is typically 1-3 pieces for pickup. In most areas a Loader would earn between $70-$100 for this size pickup.

You will see increased jobs overtime.
LoadUp is quickly increasing yearly revenue every year since our beginning in 2014 and has grown 3,000% in the last 3 years with no signs of slowing down. You will earn extra for higher customer feedback ratings.
If your customer completes feedback, you will receive additional compensation. LoadUp’s current feedback rating incentives are: the Loader makes an additional $1 per 4 star rating; and the driver makes an additional $2 per 5 star rating. Loaders have received an additional $89,694 for receiving positive feedback in 2023.
In the last 26 weeks, Loaders have earned $42k through incentive payouts. 69% of that amount was paid out to orders that arrived in their specified time window. The more ratings you get the more you can make! So, let each customer know that they will receive an email and text with survey. It only takes about 30-45 seconds for the customer to complete the feedback rating.
You will be able to be tipped directly thru our app.
LoadUp Drivers can accept customer tips through the app and also cash tips. Be aware that some customers may not tip at all.
- Update to: 2023 tips processed through the system have been over $79k (not including cash tips.)
- 71% of tips through the app were on orders that arrived within their time window.
- Average tip processed through the system was $20.

Participate in monthly Loader Challenges to earn an additional $1 per order.
We send out a new Loader challenge at the beginning of each month. These challenges are also a way for LoadUp to help teach Loaders the best practices of using the app in order to make the most of the Loader independent contractor network in your area.
