What Do Pickups Include?
Our subscription service is designed to make life easier by regularly collecting items that don’t fit in your regular trash bins. Here’s a breakdown of what’s included:
Cardboard Boxes & Packing Material:
Perfect for households that frequently receive deliveries and need to dispose of excess cardboard and packaging.
Random Household Items:
Small to medium-sized items that don’t easily fit in a trash bin, such as:
- Broken garden hoses
- Old toys
- Small appliances (e.g., toasters, microwaves)
- Yard waste (e.g., small branches, bags of leaves)
- Miscellaneous clutter
One Large Item Per Pickup:
As part of your subscription, you’re allowed to dispose of one large item each pickup (or each quarter if on a quarterly plan). Examples include:
- Mattresses (up to king size)
- Couches
- Large pieces of furniture (tables, dressers)
- Appliances (refrigerators, washers)
Additional Large Items:
If you have more than one large item, we’re happy to take them for an additional fee based on the item type.
Regulated Waste Items:
For an extra fee, we can collect items that require special handling:
- Paint
- Tires
- Pesticides
- Gasoline and other hazardous materials
Standard Pickup Volume:
The service covers the removal of items that fit within the bed of a standard pickup truck and does exceed the side walls. If your bulk trash exceeds this volume, additional charges will apply.

What’s Not Included?
While we strive to handle as much as possible, there are certain items that are outside the scope of our base subscription service:
Indoor Items:
This service is for outside pickup only. All items must be grouped together and easily accessible near your regular trash cans. We do not enter homes or buildings to retrieve items as part of the subscription. However, for an additional fee we can retrieve items from inside your home for you.
*Additional fees apply to retrieve items inside your home.
Scattered Items:
Items must be grouped together in a designated area. We cannot take debris that is scattered across a yard or property.
Large Quantities of Hazardous Materials:
While we can handle some hazardous waste for an extra fee, large quantities or highly toxic materials may require specialized disposal services outside of our offerings.
Concrete, Bricks, and Large Construction Debris:
This service does not include the removal of heavy construction materials like concrete, bricks, or large piles of renovation debris.
Items Prohibited by Law:
Any items that are restricted or illegal to dispose of, such as certain chemicals or medical waste, are not included in our service.
