LoadUp rewards hard work and success with a fun company outing.
LoadUp made June 2018 our biggest sales month ever for the 4th month in a row. To celebrate, we went on a company outing together for some fun and games together away from the office.
Part of the company culture at LoadUp is to work hard but also to play hard too. Whenever the company as a whole is successful, there are rewards that come along with the sweetness of that success.
Because when the company is successful, it’s because it took every single person in the company to make that success happen.

LoadUp started out as a pickup truck and a man with a great idea. Since starting out picking up old mattresses for people around Atlanta 5 years ago, LoadUp has seen exponential growth.
We now pick up and haul away just about any kind of junk from hundreds of people every day, all across the United States.
We’ve seen our staff grow to 11 employees in just a few short months, and we recently moved into a larger office space. But we’re only just getting started.
I for one, can speculate that the major success of our company is due in part to having such a stellar, incredibly talented, and passionate group of people pushing themselves to be better every day who also truly care about each other and love working together.
Team LoadUp Goes Bowling At Main Event
Workmon wants LoadUp to be a fun place to work, where everyone enjoys coming to the office every day. That also extends outside of the office sometimes.
Occasionally, LoadUp hosts fun events and company outings that all employees have the opportunity to participate in and attend.
For this company outing, we decided to all go to Main Event Entertainment for food, drinks, bowling, and arcade games. We had a total blast!
Workmon and customer care representative Brea Allen showed off their tournament-worthy bowling skills, strike after strike after strike.
Myself and my desk buddy in the marketing department Kelsey Hollins, decided we’d better patrol the bacon cheese fries and nachos, a task we took very seriously.

Celebrating Team LoadUp Success
We all had a great time at this company outing, but we always do! It’s a good idea to take a moment to stop and celebrate your successes in life, in whatever you do. Not only is it fun, but it improves morale and productivity in the long run.
For me, it’s so important when you work for someone that they make a point to remind their employees how much they are appreciated. So, it’s nice for myself and everyone else at LoadUp to be rewarded with fun events and outings to celebrate our success.
I know we’re all looking forward to our next fun company event when we all celebrate July 2018 as our biggest sales month for the 5th month in a row with a catered lunch and massage chair in the office.
We’ll be sure to let you know how that event goes, too. That’s if we ever get out of that massage chair. . .
