No waiting on callbacksYour Loaders arrive, lift everything out, and haul it away. Recyclable materials are sorted when local options allow.
No in-person chargesPricing is based on the volume of debris your Loaders haul away, confirmed upfront before work begins. Larger piles, heavier materials like tile and concrete block, and debris spread across multiple floors or locations on the property may affect the final volume estimate. You see the price before your Loaders lift anything.
Debris should be detached and piled before your Loaders arrive. Any material still affixed to walls, floors, or structures needs to be removed by the customer in advance, as your Loaders do not perform tear-out, demolition, or disconnection work.
LoadUp picks up a wide range of post-project and demolition debris from residential and light commercial jobsites.
Your booking total is transparent from the start. Adjustments for debris volume, additional pickup locations on the property, or upper-floor access are clearly shown during checkout so your final price is accurate before your Loaders arrive.
The more you remove, the more you save. Discounts apply in real time as items are added.
Stairs add time and labor, which is factored in upfront to keep pricing fair for everyone.
For items that need to be taken apart, add disassembly to your booking during checkout.
Choose whether eligible items should be donated when possible during checkout.
Your Loaders separate recyclable materials like clean lumber and uncontaminated drywall for recycling when local options are available. Disposal decisions are made based on material condition and what local facilities accept, so outcomes vary by location and debris type.

Contact usConstruction debris pickup typically starts around $405, though your final price depends on the volume of material, whether you book curbside or in-home pickup, and how much access your Loaders need to reach the pile. Larger loads, heavier materials like tile or concrete, and debris spread across multiple areas of the property will affect the estimate. Your price is confirmed upfront before your Loaders lift anything, so there are no surprise fees at the door.
Your Loaders haul away a wide range of post-project and demolition debris, including drywall and drywall scraps, scrap lumber and framing wood, broken tile, concrete chunks, insulation scraps, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and mixed jobsite scrap. The material just needs to be detached and piled before your Loaders arrive. If something is still attached to a wall, floor, or structure, it needs to be removed by you in advance since your Loaders do not perform tear-out or demolition work.
Your Loaders cannot haul asbestos-containing materials, lead paint debris, wet or liquid paint, solvents, chemicals, hazardous waste, or any contaminated debris. These materials require licensed hazardous waste disposal and fall outside the scope of this service. If you are unsure whether your debris qualifies, set aside anything that may be hazardous and have it assessed separately before booking.
Your Loaders do not pull up flooring, remove carpet, or detach tile, drywall, or any other material that is still affixed to a surface. They haul away debris that has already been detached and piled. If you have flooring or other materials you want removed, they need to be fully torn out and stacked before your Loaders arrive.
Same-day pickup is available for bookings made before noon, and next-day windows are open for jobsites that need a fast turnaround. You choose a pickup window during booking that fits your project timeline. This makes it a practical option when you need the space cleared quickly without waiting on city bulk pickup programs, which run on fixed schedules and may not accept construction debris at all.
Your Loaders collect debris from inside your home, your garage, your driveway, or anywhere else on your property where the material has piled up. If you book an in-home pickup, someone must be present to provide access when your Loaders arrive. If you book curbside, the debris just needs to be staged in an accessible outdoor location and you do not need to be home.
