EXTENDED SERVICE: Here’s How It Works
Simply schedule a return pick up in your partner portal as normal. If a customer’s address is out of our regular service area, you will be prompted with the option to opt-in and use our new extended service feature. From there, LoadUp will do all the legwork in effort to locate a provider and remove your customer’s items as usual. If for any reason, we aren’t able to provide service to your customer, we will refund you in full.
