Keep in mind that scales permanently bolted or anchored to a floor, or hardwired into an electrical system, are not accepted for pickup since your Loaders do not perform disconnection or uninstallation work of that kind.
It depends on the pickup type you book. If you book curbside pickup, your scale just needs to be in an accessible outdoor location and you don't need to be home. If you book in-home pickup, someone must be present to provide access since your Loaders will be coming inside to carry the scale out.

Your Loaders handle the removal and loading of the scale itself, but they do not perform any battery-service or electrical work. Removing batteries ahead of time helps ensure the scale is ready to go when your Loaders arrive.
