If you book in-home pickup, your Loaders will carry everything out from inside your home, including from upstairs rooms, basements, garages, or anywhere else on your property.
Have everything bagged, boxed, or binned and ready to go before your Loaders arrive. Keep each bag or box at a weight one person can safely lift, so aim to stay under 50 pounds per item. Loose items that aren't packed up won't be included in bagged and boxed pickup, so make sure everything is sealed and contained.
Most general household items are fine: clothing, linens, kitchenware, toys, books, papers, decor, and other everyday clutter from closets, garages, basements, or a move. As long as the contents are non-hazardous and the bag or box is sealed and liftable, it's typically good to go.
Bags or boxes containing liquids, wet contents, paint, chemicals, solvents, propane tanks, batteries, electronic waste, or any biohazardous or medical waste cannot be accepted. If a bag has any of these materials inside, it needs to be left out of your pickup. Hazardous materials require specialized disposal that falls outside this service.
