If your chalkboard is mounted or screwed into a wall, take it down before your Loaders arrive. Once it is free-standing or leaning, your Loaders handle all the carrying and loading from there.

Your Loaders are not able to uninstall or detach a board that is still fixed to a wall. Once the board is free and leaning or lying flat, your Loaders handle all the carrying and loading from that point.
Your Loaders are experienced with heavy, awkward items and regularly carry large slate boards out of classrooms, basements, and upper floors. That said, every pickup is different, and your Loaders will assess the situation on-site to determine the safest way to carry the board out. Stairs and other access factors may affect your final price, which is accounted for during checkout.
Your Loaders can pick up from inside your home, a classroom, an office, a garage, or anywhere else on your property where the board is stored. If you book in-home pickup, someone needs to be home to provide access. If you book curbside pickup and the board is already outside in an accessible location, you do not need to be present.
