Yes. Your Loaders handle carry-out from wherever the podium is located, including flights of stairs, raised stages, tight hallways, and back storage rooms. If a large floor-standing podium needs to be partially disassembled to move it safely through a doorway or stairwell, your Loaders can handle that as well. You don't need to move it closer to the door or get it to the ground floor before they arrive.

The podium doesn't need to be disassembled ahead of time. If there are personal items stored inside or on the lectern, clear those out before your Loaders arrive. If your podium has built-in AV equipment, a microphone, speakers, or any hardwired connections, those need to be disconnected by a qualified technician before pickup day, since your Loaders handle physical removal only and do not perform electrical or audio work.

Your Loaders make disposal decisions based on what's available locally. When local options allow, reuse or recycling is pursued before disposal, particularly for solid-wood pieces or acrylic stands that may have resale or material value. LoadUp can remove a podium that previously had built-in electronics, but any hardwired connections to a building's audio or power system must be fully disconnected before your Loaders arrive. Your Loaders will not unplug hardwired systems, disconnect microphones or speakers, or uninstall any electrical components. Once the podium is clear of active connections, your Loaders can carry it out and haul it away.

Yes. When you book, you choose a pickup window that works for your schedule, including times that fit around a school day, a service schedule, or standard office hours. Same-day pickup is available when you book before noon if you need the podium removed quickly. If you're coordinating removal during a renovation or building transition, you can plan the appointment around access windows for your facility.
