No waiting on callbacksYour Loaders arrive, collect the cookware, and load it up. Usable items may be donated and metal pieces recycled where local options allow.
No in-person chargesCookware pickup is priced based on the quantity and overall volume of what you need removed. A single box of pans costs less than a full cabinet's worth of stockpots, cast iron, and bakeware. Access factors like stairs or a long carry from a back kitchen may affect your total, and your price is confirmed before you book.
If you have loose lids or smaller pieces, grouping them in a box or bag makes loading faster. Wipe off any heavy food residue before pickup so your Loaders can handle items cleanly.
LoadUp accepts all common household cookware, including full sets and individual pieces.
Your booking total is transparent from the start. Optional adjustments like stairs, additional items, or extra volume are clearly shown during checkout so your final price is accurate and surprise-free at pickup.
The more you remove, the more you save. Discounts apply in real time as items are added.
Stairs add time and labor, which is factored in upfront to keep pricing fair for everyone.
For items that need to be taken apart, add disassembly to your booking during checkout.
Choose whether eligible items should be donated when possible during checkout.
Your Loaders prioritize donating usable cookware and recycling metal pieces where local options allow. Disposal outcomes vary based on item condition, local facility availability, and whether donated goods are currently in demand.

Contact usCookware pickup typically starts around $80, though your final price depends on how much you have, the pickup type you choose, and any access factors like stairs or a long carry from a back kitchen. Curbside pickup costs less than in-home service since your Loaders don't need to enter the house. Your price is confirmed before you book, so there are no surprises when your Loaders arrive.
Your Loaders can pick up just about any standard household cookware, including pots, pans, skillets, stockpots, cast iron, nonstick pans, bakeware, baking sheets, lids, and full cookware sets. The main exceptions are items with attached or hardwired heating elements and anything with biohazard contamination. If you have a mix of pieces from different sets, that's completely fine.
You don't need to do anything elaborate, but grouping loose lids and smaller pieces into a box or bag does make loading faster. If any items have heavy food residue or grease buildup, wiping them down before your Loaders arrive is helpful. Your Loaders handle the carrying and loading, so the prep on your end is minimal.
Yes, small quantities are fine to book. There's no minimum load size, so if you have a handful of worn pans or a single box of bakeware you need gone, that's a valid pickup. You can also combine cookware with other household items in the same booking if you have more to clear out at once.
That depends on the pickup type you book. If you choose in-home pickup, your Loaders will come inside and collect the cookware from your kitchen, garage, or wherever it's sitting. If you book curbside, you'll need to get the items outside before your Loaders arrive, but you won't need to be home for the pickup.
Your Loaders prioritize donating usable cookware and recycling metal pieces where local options allow. Disposal outcomes aren't guaranteed, since they depend on item condition, local facility availability, and current donation demand. Heavily worn or scratched nonstick pans may not be accepted for donation, so keep in mind that not every piece will necessarily be reused. No donation receipt or tax documentation can be provided.
