A large multi-post pergola with a full lattice roof will typically cost more than a compact freestanding kit, and additional items in the same pickup can be added during checkout.
Before your Loaders arrive, remove any string lights, hardwired fixtures, or ceiling fans attached to the pergola, since your Loaders do not perform electrical work. If any posts are set in concrete footings below ground or the structure is permanently affixed to your home, those connections will need to be freed before pickup.

You do not need to take it apart beforehand, but the area around the pergola should be cleared of furniture, planters, or anything that would get in the way.
Your Loaders can remove freestanding pergolas, but they cannot detach a structure that is permanently bolted to your home's framing or dig out posts that are set in concrete footings below ground. If your pergola is attached to the house or anchored in concrete, those connections will need to be freed before your Loaders arrive. Once the structure is freestanding and accessible, they can handle the rest.

Your Loaders do not perform electrical work and cannot disconnect or remove wiring built into the structure. Plug-in lights and decorative strands you can unplug yourself are fine to remove ahead of time, and the pergola frame and hardware can then be taken as-is.
