Yes, you can leave the battery in place. You do not need to remove it before your Loaders arrive. The one exception is if the battery is visibly leaking or damaged, in which case it should not be transported and the item would not be accepted for pickup in that condition.
No, you do not need to disassemble it ahead of time. If a larger ride-on model needs to be broken down to move it safely through a doorway or out of a tight space, your Loaders can handle that disassembly on-site.
